Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Item

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box to ensure it is fully protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
